Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit based at Stanford University, is creating a movement to transform the culture of youth sports so that every youth athlete can have a positive, character-building experience.

When the adults involved with youth sports understand and play their appropriate roles, youth sports becomes a beautiful experience, in which youth athletes—from grade school through high school—learn lessons that will last a lifetime.

To that end, PCA provides live and online workshops to train youth sports leaders, coaches, parents and athletes how to Honor the Game. At the core of our training are techniques proven to improve athletic performance and the principle that every child deserves a Double-Goal CoachTM, one who strives to win while achieving the second, more important goal of using sports to teach life lessons.

Join our school and youth sports organization partners, supporters and National Advisory Board in transforming youth sports so sports can transform youth.
